I had the pleasure of being responsible for designing a brand that changed the way we talk about pregnancy, postpartum and female health.

Through meticulous and strategic brand building I created a 360 degree brand, thus increasing growth and taking a leading market position.

Responsibilities

    • I defined and continuously developed momkind’s visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, color schemes, illustrations, and brand guidelines.

    • Ensured brand consistency across all channels (website, social media, packaging, ads, etc).

    • Developed and maintained the brand voice in collaboration with marketing and content roles.

    • Defining momkind’s brand ID from imagery to product design.

    • To be outstanding you need to stand out. Based on momkinds brand values, mission and vision I defined their new way of photography. I made a code of conduct saying no belly touching, no cute and romantic smiles and no focus on babies. Instead momkind focus on mom - emphasizing female power, vulnerability, rawness, honesty and humor. All values taken directly from momkind’s value compass and turned into compelling visual storytelling.

    • Casting only real & natural women, doing a minimum of editing and celebrating all bodies and diversity.

    • Created and oversaw marketing materials, including SoMe assets, ads, presentations, brochures, illustrations, packaging design, and website visuals.

    • I conceptualized campaigns (ads, social media, product launches, etc.)

    • I developed creative storytelling and visuals that align with business goals.

    • I worked closely with photographers, videographers, and illustrators to create compelling content.

  • Adapt quickly to fast-changing business needs and wear multiple hats as required.

    • I worked with printing agencies, packaging manufacturers, and creative agencies when needed.

    • Sourced and managed freelancers for specific projects (animation, video production, etc.)

    • using data (e.g. engagement metrics and A/B testing) to refine designs and marketing assets.

    • Stay updated on design trends, competitor strategies, and industry standards.
